What is the warranty policy for RELX devices?
We offer a 12-month limited warranty on all vape devices. If your device has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement according to our warranty terms and conditions.
How long does shipping take within Indonesia?
Orders within the Jabodetabek area typically arrive within 1-2 business days, while shipping to other provinces across Indonesia usually takes 3-5 business days depending on the courier selected.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
